I am Jo Holdaway, founder of Dyslexia Learning Support.   I have worked in education for over 20 years, beginning my career as a classroom teacher and then going on to further study to fulfill my dream of becoming an independent SpLD consultant and assessor. I have been working in the field of dyslexia, assessing and supporting individuals and schools for over 15 years covering the ages of 5 to 55 years old.

Full Educational Dyslexia Assessments

Face-to-face and online assessments are available.  The assessments and reports are in accordance with the requirements set by the SpLD Assessment Standards Committee (SASC). 

Exam Access Arrangements

Exam access arrangements refer to the type of help that students benefit from in exams, such as extra time, a reader and use of a word processor.

Tutoring for individuals with SpLD

Tutoring can be carried out face-to-face or online, with primary / secondary / college or university students, offering support tailored to their individual needs.

Support for schools

Including packages for assessments, training, parent workshops, individual teaching and much more.
